Lola, Monique and Kesa have been friends since the eighth grade, so not only are they friends but they are more like family. They are always there for each other whether they like it or not and they aren’t afraid to give their unbiased opinion of any situation the other one may get into.
Lola is in love with someone but it is one sided. He would never give his heart to her because it belongs to someone else. No matter what she does or says to Cease it won’t ever compare to the love of his life Jory.
Cease loves Jory although he cheats on occasions, but she has his whole heart and he knows that she’ll never leave him and he wants to keep it that way.
Monique works very hard for her money and even though she could make money a different way, right now the fast way is what she wants even though it may prevent her from getting that love that she longs for so bad.
Kesa thought she found the right one, but after experiencing a mortifying night with him she doesn’t think that she could ever be alone with him again. Marcus is trying his hardest to convince her that he still wants to purse something with her but she just can’t get past the situation.
